 Public AccessTV is under

attack!

Public Access stations all over the country are closing down.   Cable companies are gobbling up the channels and Cities are gobbling up the  funding.

MyTV26 receives no funding from any governmental agency.  Funding for myTV26  is through producer's membership fees and  our sister, commercial station, KAZV-TV,  comcast 195 and Charter and broadcast channel  14.   We need your help to keep public access alive in Stanislaus County.  For more information call the station at (209) 566-9135.

MYTV26 IS NOW AVAILABLE ON ATT-UVERSE

For those of you who have the ATT-Uverse television system, you can now receive the mytv26 programming. This expands the possible viewers to a total of 16 counties in Northern California, in what is known as the Sacramento region or grid.  Stanislaus county is the furthest south of these counties, but it includes San Joaquin, Sacramento,, etc, north to Inyo county.  If you have friends or family in the area North of Modesto, then they may be able to watch your program through the ATT U-verse system.

Watch SAVE POUBLIC TELEVISION to see a video on how to use that system.  A mapshowing the new coverage area will be posted in the near future.  For now, information can be obtained by calling - 209-566-9135 during business hours.

If you or your friends are on either The Dish Network or Direct TV, or in another cable area and do not receive mytv26, contact your provider and ask them to carry it.  The same would apply to KAZV-TV, the LOCAL channel for the Central Valley.
